这一次是来公布消息的，2019年世界转笔锦标赛已经悄咪咪的开始了，而且今年跟往年还有些稍微不一样的地方。一起来看看吧~
Pen Spinning World Tournament 2019 is the seventh Pen Spinning World Tournament and contains 2 separated competitions, A-Side and B-Side.
The A-Side is the main and traditional Pen Spinning Tournament which is an individual tournament where 64 pen spinners around the world participate. Each round, pen spinners will be submitting a short video containing a “combo” – a sequence of pen spinning tricks linked together.
The spinner who will have best demonstrated overall mastery of all aspects of pen spinning, which includes execution, difficulty, originality, effectiveness and presentation, will be crowned the next World Champion. The tournament will last approximately 4.5 months, starting in late August and ending in late December.
The B-Side, while having the same format as A-Side tournament, is the tournament for the spinners who have great skills but not ready for the main tournament to get a chance to experience the Pen Spinning World Tournament and hone their skills to compete in the next World Tournament. The tournament will last approximately 4.5 months, starting in early September and ending in early January.
今年是第七届世界转笔锦标赛，以个人为单位，获得冠军将成为今年的世界冠军。今年不一样的地方在于锦标赛分为赛事A跟赛事B。
赛事A是主赛场，跟过去的WT是一样的，共有64位转笔者参赛。
包括执行，难度，创意，有效性和展示。比赛将持续约4.5个月，从8月底开始到12月底结束。
赛事B与赛事A有着相同的赛制，让一些转笔者同样有机会体验世锦赛并借此机会锻炼他们的赛事经验，能更好的磨练技术去参加下一次的世界赛事。比赛将持续约4.5个月，从9月初开始到1月初结束。

每组将会有4名选手出线，值得一提的是，被淘汰的选手，将可以在赛事B中继续比赛。
